Strider SNG being overpriced

Does anyone have the contact info for Strider? I have a SnG that needs to go to the spa but the website seems to have problems.

Just because I have nothing else to do, I'll hop back in here.
Back when I was considering getting my first Strider, all the talk was about their warranty. I email (again I believe his name was) Josh, and asked if I snapped my blade would they put a new one on for free. His responces was that they would probably just regrind it. -I wonder if anyone ever got a new blade replaced from Strider. Anyone?

BBW, sorry about your Spyderco. Get a Benchmade next time, they sell new blades for $25. Shoot, you can pick your model they have several, unlike Strider, and you can snap quite a few blades and replace them many times over for the cost of a Strider.

What exactly did the Strider screeenshot mean? One gets out w/o lok-tite - don't take t apart and you'll be rocking for life? Like after you send it back and they fix it or just tighten the pivot yourself and don't worry about it?? It's an odd post - to me anyway. :confused:

Right on Siggyhk, a call to BM ustomer srvice got me a quick and courteous reply for a buggered up 940 blade. The lady either sent me to a page to print the return form or sent it to me and I filled it out sent the knife in with $25 (maybe $5 for shipping - not sure) 2 weeks later it's back home with a brand spanking new blade and a work order for that, cleaning, adjustments and lube etc. like the CRK "trip to the spa" with a new S30V blade and in perfect working order/adjustment for $25. :thumbup:
 
Nah he's saying that if your Strider folder doesn't have loctite on the pivot it means they messed up which unfortunately happens once in a while. Each folder is supposed to have loctite from the factory and should be good for life as long as you don't take it apart.
 
Thanks for the help, going to pass on the sng and the search goes on for the 3" xm-18, I am hoping the release 561 and 0550 ZT'S will help slow down the demand for XM-18's and make them easier to find for a non inflated price.
