Strider SNG Incoming!!!

From Mick, "So yes. We are going to start charging for stupid shit. You want to be stupid? Feel free, but its gonna cost you. Especially if you lie about being stupid.

Think of it as a tax.
Our guarantee isn't changing, there is just a new "stupid tax" going into effect."

Which is understandable, but part of buying a Strider is putting it to hard use. I understand not replacing it like in your example of using a cheater bar to snap it, but what if I pry open a door with it? Is that stupid to him? Part of the initial cost is the warranty, at least that's the way I saw it.

I understand your point and that was the quote I was referring to. The only people that can answer that is them, but as Mick explained it's more in line with trying to get people to stop intentionally trying to push the knives way beyond what any idiot should do with a folding knife. People do some crazy stuff with them and then expect a new knife when it breaks. Start a thread there and Mick will probably answer you.

That's a good point, I'm sure the knife will be awesome, I've heard a lot of good things about them and almost bought one myself. Every time I come close though I have a hard time giving money to him, especially being in law enforcement.

Also understandable. Happy Holidays man!

If you are into law enforcement. Get a hindered xm-18 for $375. For us mere mortal the next best thing is a Strider SnG. I could read what Strider was saying. If you intentionally break your knife then he will prefer you pay for the damage. There's no condition on warranty on his website.

Hard part is catching a run of them!
