Stripped Screw..Help!

A real quick and easy way is a left handed drill. Most drills turn clockwise...as you guessed it...the left handed drill turns counter-clockwise..When it grabs, it usually backs the screw out. Well...I have never had it NOT back the screw out. Decent hardware stores carry them...Just choose one just over the size of the hex or torx inscribed diameter.

Late...but hope it helps someone.

They must make those screws out of crap metal on the Chill same happened to mine, same place - the pocket clip, but also one of the scale screws. It wasn't over tightening that caused them to round out as I was trying to remove them.
Returning the knife isn't really an option as I live in the U.K. and postage of the knife back to Kershaw would cost more than the knife cost me. I Dremeled a slot in the screws and got them out but I'll avoid Kershaws in the future, they're not the only game in town by a long way.

Hello, most of you will think..gosh what an idiot but in my defense it was a cheap metal so it stripped easily. On my Kershaw Chill the pocket clip screw stripped on me when I was changing the position of the clip. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do to fix this?

Thanks, Ben

You were a human, not an idiot
I used my leatherman to tighten my clip screws on my ZT since I put the clip exaxtly where I wanted it.

Best bet is contacting kershaw.
