1. - Make sure you have the right tools next time you take apart a knife. With Torx bits, what may immediately feel like teh right one will often be 1 size too small.
2. - Call Spyderco Customer service and explain, they will no doubt be helpful.

when you turn torx screws especially tight ones, make sure you have enough inward pressure. if the inward pressure is to light you'll likely strip them.
if you want to tinker get a good torx driver set. they don't cost much.
You might also consider heating the loctite with a hair dryer before you try to take the screws out.
Believe me, Torx screw aren't hard to unscrew, the right tool and the right man will do the combination justice.
If you want to have enough, but not too many Torx drivers, I suggest getting #6, 7,8 and 9. These are the ones a Folding knife will use, the rest are either too small or too large to belong on a Folder
To get them out, you can use a dremel or file to notch the head of the screw. Careful around the cf, then use a small flat head screw driver to get them out.

I only have 2 Torx bits, and the smaller one felt pretty snug. I'm 95% sure it was because I didn't put enough pressure into the screw while turning it to overcome the loctite that stripped the screw. This means I have to get new screws for it right? And thanks for the link, I think i saw something like that at Walgreens once. I'll go check tomorrow. Also, would that Craftsman set that was in the link you gave me be small enough for the screws on the GB?
That's great for rusted bolts but I've never used it on loctite before.
The screws have loctite on them?
Black & Decker makes a 4 piece set that fits some small screws.

Your first step should be to contact Spyderco CS and ask tehm for a new set of screws for that knife. Do you have a Home Depot locally you could go to? I bought my set at Home Depot and it was about $8. You will also need to have a drill handy to make these work.
There is also another set available called "GraBit" from the As Seen on TV brand. They seem to work really well too. The smaller size should fit into the screw head with no problems. Those can be found at wither China Mart or Walgreens.
You can use an 'easy out' to get them out and I think a #2 is the right size but maybe #1. It is basically a reverse thread screw that you drill a small hole in the center and it digs in deeper and tighter as you unscrew it. They work good and Sears should have them. I would use this before trying to cut a slot in the head.
In my experience a blow dryer isn't hot enough. You need to get a soldering iron and hold it on the head of the screw if you want to get the loc tite hot enough to soften. Sometimes a light weight oil helps soften it up as well if allowed to sit for a couple days.
