  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Strongest Lockback?

If you are turned on by the Ti handled version of the 110, www.eknifeworks.com is closing them out at $24.99, with the 420HC (standard Buck steel) blade. They also carry the one armed bandit, so you could get the whole package for $30.

Manix for me, no question. I just got a new one and it has some small improvments over the style when they first came out, and it is just an incredible knife all around. With the PB washers you are even less likely to have blade play.

I have a Chinook II, and it is unquestionably the strongest folder I've ever owned. The surprising thing for me was how smooth it is. It also has no blade play. Seriously consider one.

My Chinook was excellent as well. The Manix's and the Chinook are the epitome lockback strength and toughness, and the Manix cuts like a damn dream on top of it.

I gotta tell ya, that my Mini-Manix is a wicked strong lock back!! It is very, very tough!!
