Recently bought a strop and two compounds (white/green) from Robert at stropman.com. Very fast service. Great strop - two side coarse and fine. All for around $30.00 with shipping.
Great to deal with.

Just got mine from Stropman on ebay. Great product made in the USA. Includes a tip sheet for us newbies. Highly recommended.
 
Wanted to echo what everyone here has said. Stropman.com (Robert) is awesome to deal with! Incredibly nice, incredibly communicative, and very fast shipping. I even ordered one of the products he doesn't keep fully made...still had it out in two days, and it arrived two days after that. On top of it he through in an extra strop bar for me! I bought one of his rod strops for sharpening a recurve, and the thing is very nicely turned, and everything seems glued down tight, with very crisp alignment.

Just an awesome guy to deal with...and his prices are outstanding!
 
Just bought one from him myself(a large w green/white). Fast shipping, nicely packaged, well made strop. Great all around deal.
 
I recently bought a strop of Robert's from eBay as that is where his site sent me. Not only is the price fair, and the product quality, the customer service provided is outstanding. The Stropman is super helpful and pleasant. Cannot recommend him and his product enough!

I got the white and green compound with a gunsmoke handle and dark brown cord! Go check them out.
 
Recently had the pleasure of doing business with Robert and I must say that the customer service ranks above outstanding - I'm impressed. Would gladly do business again and will not hesitate to recommend to friends/family.
