Ideas please for a SMALL, LIGHT, THIN knife to complement my regular carry.
It must be:
1. One hand open(no slip joint, ie Case, etc)
2. High quality.
3. Thin handle.
4. Just under 6" overall.

Example:
Gayle Bradley Air - Yes!
I have a SAK Cadet, nice but the nail nick rips my nail.

HELP!

- SOG Flash 1
- SOG Twitch II
- SOG Blink
- Spyderco Delica (too big?)
- Spyderco Dragonfly II

And so many others.

Watch this, if you have 48 minutes with nothing to do:

Either one of these two disappear in your pocket.

I stick a Dragonfly in my coin pocket, so I am obviously a fan. But for ease of of left hand use, I clip a Benchmade 530 in my back left pocket. It is longer than you are asking, but it meets your other criteria. I used to be amidextrous due to right hand injury, but after it healed I didn't keep it up--leftie is just not as nimble. So the axis lock keeps my fingers completely clear of the edge for closing, and it is much easier and feels more natural than working a lockback with my off hand.

Gec pattern 15 with an e/o cutout.
I realize that's not in your criteria but I hope you take a glance at them.
Just returned to the joys of slipjoints after quarter century.
Enjoy the kids and grandkids today

If you already like the concept of a SAK, what about a SAK one handed trekker or one handed Forrester?

Benchmade socp dagger is my backup knife. I keep it clipped inside a cargo pocket. Very unobtrusive, there when you need it.

I've carried a dfly se or a Caly jr se for several years as a second knife.

There isn't much a small se won't cut.

CRK Mnandi and Dragonfly come to my mind. Spyderco Air is little great knife if wharncliffe blade is what you are looking for.
