Summer of the slip joints

Well, the slim bone is already in use at it's new home. It's what they're made for. :)

Somehow I missed this thread and boy what a line up. I would be happy with any of these. They are simply gorgeous.

Great knives and I'm drawn to the damascus ones. The walrus with diagonal rings came together great.

While the slippies are great, as expected, what is the story on the kickass STEAK?

Been out in the forge, working the DH 2" stock down, come inside to cool off, and some of the coolest swaybacks pop up, makes me sweat all over again. The mastadon swayback is out of site, I would like to just hold it for a few minutes.

I love wharncliffes and your knives so it's natural that I would love to own both of the ones you posted. Perhaps one day....

As always, great work, Don !
Will you be getting a deal with Case, like Tony Bose has ? :)

No, not looking for a deal with Case. Tony is the slip joint King and makes a great team with Case.

I wouldn't mind working with another production company though. :)

Nice Summer. . . .knives.

Really , really like the swaybacks.

I think you need to send me the stag one and let me test drive it. :D

A Large Stag Slip Joint with W2 blade.

A.G. Russell pattern, I made him one of these in ivory a few years ago.

That's a beauty, Don. You could eat that chocolate stag with a spoon!

Are you gonna bring some slippys to Little Rock?

John

See ya there man!

Don,
Damn one of those Walrus ones isn't close to the size knife I carry is it ?
They just kick ass.
