Summer Slip Joints

wow!!the last one have all i love in a slip joint..beautiful blade and gorgeous stag..bravo Sir!!

Don, would you mind very much if I emailed you with a couple of slipjoint making related questions?

I have to join the "love the last one" crew. Man, where did you get that great piece of head bone? Love that knife!

Ivory...Stag...you are the man!

Thanks, Don. That makes 2 years in a row I missed because of work. I haven't seen my "knife friends" for too long.
Would enjoy a chat. Hit me with an e-mail and let me know when you have a bit of time to share a beer on a call.

I'm goin to have to make a different pattern soon...

Or something in damascus, or ivory, or I might go crazy.

But I'm still liking these. :D

WoW, you just keep cranking out one beauty after another, making customers happy every step of the way.

Thanks guys!

Dave, if you didn't get something in the mail yesterday, it'll be there tomorrow. Let me know.

Figured I'd just add here instead of starting a new thread.

Not goin to be able to make as many slip joints this summer, have too many orders to catch up on & got the KC show coming up.

Just off the bench.

Hi Don,

Sorry for the simple question, but how does one obtain one of these beauties? I've got the bug with some production knives (Sage 2, Sebenza's, GEC's, etc), but those slip joints you make are simply awesome.

thanks in advance for replying,
cj

Don: Where on earth do you get that stag????? I thought it was all but gone. Eh?
