I have about 20 on order, I did these to try to learn how to use the anodizer. As soon as I get a sheath and pic done I'll put one up for grabs!

I'm about to get to the ones on order, I have to make some D2 tantos first and then they will be soon! :D

It is permanent, you would have to sand it off to remove it. I tried removing the anodizing with a 400 grit scotchbrite belt and it didn't take it off ! It actually takes a while to even sand off. Like any finish it can be scratched but I find it to be tough.
