Super Gladius?!

Anyone have details on the Super Gladius that is shown in the KC teaser pics? It looks to be at least 1.5" times longer than the standard Gladius. Specs? Price? Will this be available from the custom shop, or is it a one-off?

Hope my screen is drool proof.

It looks interesting, but the Super G would have been perfect if they had either shortened the handle or lengthened it. I think my Gladius is awesome, but the handle length is too sghort for a true two handed hold and almost too long for a single hand.

Regular Gladius
usually 2feet overall length.
Blade around 19 inch.
Width 3 inch (smaller than in movies )
Balance point 2.5 - 4 inch from guard.

Romans also had longer cavalry swords but they weren't called Gladius.

How did the big Gladius feel in hand? Was it a well-balanced fighter, or more of a chopper/hacker feel to it?
