Yup i do try to stay clear of it, maybe sometimes my fingers might slide to the lockbar.

I had in my hands few original ZT's with the same issue, for example 0801. And I'm not so weak, I don't have any problems with disengaging triadlock and that lock is pain in the ass for many guys.

That is 100% legitimate. Jill, they do have a CF version. i had to make sure i didnt get one so i researched it heavily.

have you contacted ZT about this? they might have a simple solution.
 
Jill that one is also legit. the fakes are more of a glossy CF. there are more tell tale signs too, but i forget since i bought mine legit version earlier this year. there is a Russian video on YT showing the differences between both of them.
 
any updates here? have you fixed the problem? have you talked to ZT support yet?
 
That is a nice looking knife! I own one, and still drool over the pics. :]

My lock bar is stronger than some others, but not painful or difficult. If the problem persists, I would just send it in. KiA has good customer service.
 
Hi sorry i forgot haha. No need for ZT support, the lockbar slightly "weakened" and i gained spme callouses on my thumb, so now no problemo. Thanks!
