Just saw that I missed your reply. If you are on Candle Power Forums, there are a few people that mod them on there for a reasonable price. For what you are asking for yours, I would keep it and get it modded. It will seriously breath new life into that flashlight and make you wonder why you ever thought about selling it.

Just so you know, this is what I had done to mine and what it cost me. This was a couple of years ago so I'm not sure if the prices have changed.
