He canwalk 5 miles a day and do T'ai Chi for two hours. I hope you recover as well as He Did.

A reliable report from a highly-placed source in his administration indicates surgery went very well and he is in recovery room. Three discs fused and some covering plate over them. Limited movement at this stage.
