Is NC6 a stainless steel ?
Is the blade ground thinly to make it work best as a slicer, or a bit stouter for all around use ?
And finally, this is "Surowy # 5". What does "Surowy" mean ?

This is high carbon steel.
Surowy means raw.

Your second question - this is knife, for cut, not crowbar

Thanks, so non-stainless. I asked because some steels called "High Carbon" are stainless, but likely this is a marketing term.
