Survival: Self Cancer Checks are REALLY important

Hang in there:thumbup: Sounds like you have some good Dr's, that is a good thing to hear.
I assume you were awake when you had the drain tube removed?.....pretty freaky feeling, hard to explain eh?

Keep fighting the good fight!

Take Care and rest up

Yeah, the tube was the thing I was least looking forward too. I was getting pretty nautious with it, having to change my bandages every 4 hours. The tube was about 8" long, with only an inch exposed, so a lot to pull out...:barf:

I had the same scare about 10 years ago
Found a cyst the size of a small pea on my nut
I got ultrasound
Doc said it was a water filled cyst
"Millions of men have them"
I asked if I could have it removed
He said I could but he didn't think it was necessary
(I've had about 15 surgeries in my life
Didn't really feel like going under the knife again)
I agreed
It's still there and it doesn't affect my "action" ;););) so I'm cool with it I guess

The first time I felt it I instantly thought of John Kruk (still alive and kicking I might add)

During spring training in 1994, Kruk was diagnosed with testicular cancer (ultimately resulting in the removal of a testicle) after an errant pickoff throw from teammate Mitch Williams hit him in the groin and broke his protective cup.
Thanks "Wild Thing" Williams!!!!

I apologize for posting a mullet headed Philadelphia Phillie pic :(

Stay positive and everything will be great - If you need somebody to shoot the sheet with just send me a PM and I'll give you my AIM name. I'm an insomniac so I'm always up.
