Well, for starters, a 1/4" thick, 8" bladed, black wrinkle coated knife would do the job.
That is if it is a real life OJ/Lapton situation...

I wish I could laugh like this all the time.

I can testify that when I conducted a scientific test upside down, under water, during a snowstorm you can use the yellow handle knife in the picture to skin a deer, kill a bear and fix a grandfather clock without sharpening it.
