Yeeeeep. I saw on Instagram that they'd be shipping some.
Just checked my email. My 4.1 pre-order from September, 2015, apparently isn't quite ready. I can only assume it will be AMAZING by the time they're done fine-tuning it.

Stop being so impatient, man. They had to make sure they got Oyster's knife he ordered a year ago perfect first. God, always thinking about yourself.
I have no control over the order in which they fulfill orders. I was sharing information in a completely neutral fashion.

I understand the need/desire to vent. But leave me out of it.
I think I found some unicorn horn and unobtanium in my last 4.1s which arrived yesterday-I remember reading such good things about this company a few years back but man I cant believe people are waiting 3+yrs for their knives. They arent that complicated of a design either. That's suppose to be the great thing about them right. Straight forward, durable, good steel knife. But for what they are 3 yrs is unacceptable in my eyes. It's not like they are crafted from unicorn horn.
I'm afraid your efforts here are likely unattainable as was the point of my post. It wasn't a rant or complaint. The fact remains that survive has been pulling the same scam so long that some people are waiting 3 years while others wait far less. How exactly is it supposed to help the person waiting 3 years to know another person waiting less than a year are getting their knife? The whole point of this thread was to give those members still waiting for knives a place to keep track of orders actually being fulfilled and to gauge when they might receive theirs.
I felt this was important since most of us are spread out around the country/world without knowing each other personally and therefore have little/no opportunity to get that information elsewhere.
We all know about the problems. The purpose of the thread is neither to celebrate nor to bash Survive but to provide basic information to members.
Please keep rants/complaints (and even praise) off this thread.
Thanks!

I had received an F2cd 2.7 a couple weeks back that was just at the 1 year mark and today the notice came for my last weekly sales blades some 4.1 Bettys that will be around 1 yr and a week turn around.
Yes I know it a mess, the only thing with the pre-sale and pre-orders was there was never a specific date of shipping ever promised vs the 90 day on the weekly sales. A person always had the right to cancel their order which to the best of knowledge nobody has ever been stiffed on. They stopped taking weekly sales orders for about a year, are making progress on 3-4 models and some headway on the backlog albeit never enough until they are all caught up. I still have pre orders from 2015 I am waiting on as well, so yes it would have been nice to have a thread to be able to see what was shipping recently. Sorry for getting involved Oyster, I thought it was a good idea for a thread. Mike out-You'd think after 3 years they could get to all those 4.1 firsts before shipping out what are essentially 4.1 thirds. I'm not sure how it helps the guy getting royally screwed to know another person is getting less screwed. I sure wouldn't put any faith in this sort of information. Survive will clearly do and say what they want when they want.
