Survive! knives

Got my factory second 4.1. I can't tell the difference between the first and the second. I could normally spot something that would make it a second. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this blade. Not even a little scratch. Black is a first, green is a second. Guy's quality control standards are amazing.

Perhaps we should keep the sharpie marks on them :)

There were some convex SURVIVE! Knives very early on, when Guy was still figuring out how to actually produce knives. He had always intended on using saber grinds, they just weren't working out as expected initially. Now that we have a set standard for production there will not be any convex options.

I wouldn't want a convex anyway. unless survive! Uses a wet grinders or sharpens it with a low speed belt.

Received my 4.1 today. Some size comparison photos included.
Note: This came very sharp. Sliced phone book paper out of the box. Stropped it a minute or so and it flew through the paper.

My favorite in the line so far. Really diggin the reds in micarta, the lightweight 1/8 is really functional and very clean edge work, and the kydex work is impeccable as usual. Another testament to American design, production, and consistency. Just in time for a few weeks in the Sierras.

I may have missed this but I have been dying for a Blaze Orange handled 3.5. All that is left are pink and funky colors. Are there going to be any more orange regular handled knives made?
