So we have votes for normal belt loops and votes for long danglers.
Some kind of Retention Item at the bottom.
Good deal.

Do you guys like the idea of Eyelets along the sides of the sheath?

Spen rattled off one idea.
Forgive these pics they were taken late and I forgot to shrink them before I uploaded them. I can do that later...
This is a rough draft mind you!

The Dangler has two snaps for attaching it to a belt or a pack.
The retainer strap has a sam brown stud going through the "Ring" for extra retention. The whole strap swivels to stay out of the way too.

He will work on some more prototype sheaths...

So who do we need to talk to to for one and has a price been decided?

Final payment sent through paypal. incl *****Add 2% to split the fee*****

Just finished the write up in this months Tac' knives and was very impressed with the how that Monster Nessie came out! (Great work Dan!)
Now, I am completely new to choppers and was just curious, will the Survivor be able split wood with no adverse effects? I don't mean batoning but I am just wondering if the Survivor will be as tough as that Monster Nessie? Sorry if these are dumb Q's.

The Survivor will be able to take just about anything you can throw at it...but the Monster Nessie is more of a brute....if you know what I mean. ;)

Hey Dan,
What numbers are you finishing up right now??? I am number 58, any ETA on when you will be up that high on the list??

read back a few of my posts - 11, 16-30 are getting finished up.

The next 15 should be back from heat-treat in a week or two and I'll get going on those at that time.

and so on...

Hey Dan,

I have paid in full + shipping as well as sent you a note stating that my place has been given to another (I sold my knife). I have not heard back from you + your order tracker said I still owe the full amount.

What can I do to help out?

Thanks

I got your emails, guys...just need time to sit down and type responses, that's all.

Like said above (thx!)...I'll get you squared away, no worries there.

I'm back in the shop today...and hoping to knock out the 16 sitting here "nearly done".

More Great News!!

Just got the next 15 back from heat-treat!

So, if you are #31-45....time to send in your final payment.

Thanks!

Dan

satin finish flat grinds
satin finish spine
deburr edges
