These are nifty little knives. I like the single blade gents. I'd like it better if the wharny blade and handle were just a little longer. It'll be one of my custom orders in the future.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

So I got my damascus and stag Swayback today and it's gorgeous, but I'm annoyed about the finish on the edges. Out of the box both blade edges were so rough and jagged that when I stropped them down my pant leg (edge trailing) they'd snag and pull up cloth fibers. Not even paper slicing sharp, more like little saw blades! My camera wont focus well enough to take a clear photo of the edges. I cleaned them up quickly with a DMT fine and extra fine hone, but I feel for the money I spent the blades should be finished before they get to me.
Overall I'm pleased with it...now.
I'm having lighting issues, so this is the best I can do at the moment.

From the picturre that almost looks like a serrated edge....
Not at all. I've got a tiny toothpick in damascus that I sometimes carry.Would any of you have trouble using the damascus for EDC?
