has anyone else dealt with this company, i sure haven,t had much luck,i,ve
been waiting since mar. 21/05 for 2 knives and have received nothing but excuses.

Yes I have, and heres my last experience with them. I was interested in the Frank B./ Walt Flatguard Picklocks and was told to inquire at swinguard. After making the inquiry the owner phoned me and offered me one of four from his own private collection and at a price that was more than reasonable. After picking which knife I was most interested in ( A Walt BlackHorn #031 ) he shipped the knife free and without payment so I could look it over and decide if it was really what I wanted. He said look it over, play with it for a while, and if you decide you don't want it, just send it back. I've since ordered a new Half Grind Blade swinguard. If there is a wait it is usually due to the fact that most are handmade and are being finished up by Frank B.. The knife I referred to is now in my collection and came to me with a mirror polish job the likes I've never seen before, (except for some custom builders). Most times Quality and Service are worth the wait!
