I have been collecting them for about 40 years. They are about my favorite knife on the planet. I am also a big user of them and have used most of the ones i have which is a bunch. I am a user/collector as opposed to a safe queen type collector.
Victorinox makes up about 40% of the knives I own, something about so much function and quality at such a reasonable price I carry a sak every single day, have for a few years now!
I have about 200 of them lol. I was just trying to see where I stand with my Swiss army knife and picture posting of them. I EDC a deluxe tinker and or an OHT. I love my super tinker.
I have about 40 of them. There my favorite knife, I carry at least 3 everyday. My favorite is the Rucksack. I just wish they came with pocket clips. I know that Wenger has some with the clips but I only want the Victorinox models.
200? Whoa. I have only 1, it's a small one with a 1gb USB flash drive. I've taken it everywhere where knives aren't allowed and it's passed every time!
Soon I'll order something from Scibeer like mtnfolkmike's sak.
I have 50 or so.
At least one Victorinox in each frame size- 58mm,74mm, 84mm, 91mm,108mm, 111mm.
Plus a few (8?) Alox Victorinox's and Wengers.
4 Wengers including an Alox Soldier.
I really need to take some pics!
I'm an accumulator. I figure I have 10. Latest was a utility knife, single bladed with a one sided grind. It is a great garden knife and I love the sheep's foot blade. I have them everywhere. In my dock kit, briefcase, Altoids survival kit, my survival pouch...
Boomstick, not sure if you've been to SOSAK yet. It's a hidden subforum over at Knifeforums. You do have to post in the viewable subforum to be granted access, but the mods there are fairly active, and shouldn't take too much time before getting you in
There is also the separate SOSAK website.
There are lots of good articles there, you have to join to access it but joining is free!
Just type in SOSAK and google will take you there.
I have several (6-8)and all are users.... MY all time favorite is the Hiker model,I like the OHT but it is kinda heavy when I compare it to the hiker ,So 95% of the time if a folder is in my pocket it is the hiker model.
