As I was looking for a decent enough balisong that I could probably modify to suit my needs, I came across this store.
I've never dealt with anyone who was this friendly and fast. Unbelievable. I e-mailed with them (him, Mark) back and forth quite a bit (to work out shipping costs to Europe and whatnot) and always received a response within hours, if not minutes. I felt good, comfortable even, about ordering from this place. Even if I never heard of them before. Never hesitated a bit as there was absolutely no reason to.
So I placed an order, figured it would reach me in 2 weeks or so... Perhaps even a bit later but no, to my surprise it was delivered today after 7 days including the weekend. Excellent service. Excellent communication.
My only "complaint" would be that I'd wish they had more knives in stock I liked so I could do business with them more frequently. Solid.
