1337 is mine!

Got the email today.

I agonized for months over the details of this knife. I feel I didn't leave todd much creative room for it (for that I apologize, Todd). I'll make it up by just ordering the next one with only the slab material chosen lol.

My soon to be daily carry and user. To complement, if not replace 1054 (which I still love and will carry often also), and gave the utility of todds awesome wharncliff blade along with my favorite drop point.

I can't wait to have it in hand! Thanks, Todd.

I have no need for another slip joint pocket knife... but the want is strong! Haha, beautiful knives Todd.

SVT...absolutely man. That is awesome. I love the look of the secondary behind the main with the wrap around spring. I love the color of the scales also. I'm looking forward to seeing more pics of this one in the "Totin Today" thread!

Another beauty Todd!

Thanks everyone. That's #5 for me and every time I think I know I want just one more, I think of more variations I wanna add to my collection. Lol

Joey, everyone thank you all for the kind words, I do appreciate it.

Thanks!!

Man... mine has to be coming up soon. I am so excited.

Good luck! And you should be. It's well woeth the wait.

I have 1337 in hand and used it today. I will be getting pics as soon as I am doing something worth getting a photo. Maybe tomorrow!

Just stuck in the mailbox post for a pic on a post rain walk.

The wharncliff makes quick work of trimmimg up some of the carpet edges I'm not happy with in the cobra. Too lazy to get my carpet knife and I wanted to use it anyway.

SVTFreak,
You got another WINNER !!!
There IS NOT even one little thing about Your folder that I don't like. ;)

Thanks, Tim. Your opinion is much appreciated. I have to agree. Even just two days old now (and not even a week since finished), it's reallt grown on me. I really do like this knife.

Just don't leave it sitting around the shop or use it as a wager in a drag race and it should be with you for a very long time SVT. Glad to see it getting some quick use!

SVT, then again, if you win a few races with the new blower installed, you may come away with some sweet knives to accompany the new Davison!

Here's a pic of some customs:

Davison #1323

Pipe made by Mark Tinsky; a talented US carver located in Montana

Tamper made by Charles (nighthaxan on the forum) in red top burl with a hand turned brass end

Leather pipe travel pouch made by Frank Sorringowl in California.
