Nice shot. Something about this knife. It's on my for sale list but every time I take it out and ce and cf it my reaction is "nah" that's a keeper.

There is just something about the smooth white bone 78s that just feels “right”.

I agree. White bone 78s are a sweet knife. But, white bone in all its flavors, is a favorite of mine. I gave this knife to my brother, who has 3 GEC knives. All in white bone.

Last week's posts in this thread were all so good that choosing one for this week's review has been quite difficult. One post does stands out for the length of time it has held my interest and captivated my attention with it's simplicity and beauty. During the past week I returned to this particular post several times. Every time I did I found that I enjoyed the knife's beautiful covers, it's interesting lanyard and the totally unique background like it was the first time seeing it.
So for this week I have selected for special recognition...

John that’s a beauty!:cool: Did you get that one in ‘16 or ‘17? I bought the Rosewood and both the bare head and end cap model of the Maroon Linen Micarta in ‘16. Come to think of it the only photos I took were for the two Maroon Linen Micarta I sold for BigBiscuit’s benefit. :)

Got it in 17, was surprised to see it in the case Thursday morning, I thought they had used up all the leftover parts in 2016.
