Top to bottom: US demo knife, Camillus 1960; Le Thiers par Chambriard, juniper handle; Miguel Nieto (Albacete, Spain), curly birch handle; Opinel No. 8, beechwood handle; Laguiole Honoré Durand, olive wood handle. The first three are recent arrivals, courtesy of @timberweasel--I expect they will be on my night stand awhile where I keep the knives I carry the most. The other two have been there awhile. Here they are open:

I guess you could say I favour pointy blades with a belly and wooden handles. Also, single blades, French knives (3 out of 5), and stainless steel (4 out of 5). They range in size (closed) from about 3.75 in. to about 4.75 in. I think four inches is my sweet spot.
