I've been REAL busy lately, but if you schedule a chat for sometime this weekend I'll certainly be there, John.
Anyone else ready for another Tac-chat soon? I'll try to have an update for everyone on the Fred Perrin G10 La Griffe status at the next chat.
And if David doesn't show up at the next chat, we should all go over to his house, get fingerprints all over his customs, smoke his cigars, and get drunk. Oh.. ..wait,...he invited us to do that anyway, didn't he?

Eric, I was pretty upset about missing the last chat. I still don't bring the laptop to the new house on the weekends. Just don't know where to put it. No desk there yet. Plus I'm up to 5:00AM almost everynight on the weekends.

I've been stock piling Cuban cigars for when you guys come over.

Just not next Friday, I have a crew of 4 installers coming from ADT Alarm systems to install a new updated wireless/hardwired system. Lots of high tech stuff. Eric, you'd probably get a kick out of it since that's what your playing with now.

OK guys, how's 2300 EST?

I still have to work, but should be able to sneak in and play.

Just a question. Would say Sunday at 1200 EST be better for folks? That would put us a 0900 on the west coast, but would put us at about 1700 in England (for dd and Ed), like 1800 or so for 2Sharp). Just a thought

The weekends & Fridays are no good for me. I usually leave for LI Friday right after work. I don't get back to my other house (where the laptop is) until 11:00PM Sunday.

Looks like I'll miss another chat session.

Tonight I've got to go to my wife's companies Christmas Party! (It's always held in January, rather than Dec!) It starts with drinks at 6:30. I'll try to get away, (from the dance) early in time to make the chat. Let me appologize now for any typing mistakes I may make due to the alcohol talking! My wife is the designated driver, so I will be hitting the Crown pretty heavy! I may not remember a dang thing!
 
So tonight @2300 it is. I'll be there.

Had a great time, again! Of course, Judy (my GF) can't understand why I like talking to you guys about KNIVES, of all things (I've convinced her it's a "guy" thing, so she isn't worried).

So. Where did we leave off? How did the discussion pan out on the "US" knife? Any decision on which one we were gonna petition for? Personally, I think we should ask Ernie to make these first batches of mini commanders the "US" knife... since he's making them, basically, at our request, anyhow. What do you guys think? Should we ask for serial numbers and a "Usual Suspect" label on the first 50-100 mini Commanders?
