Its a great knife!
Its made by Charles Ochs / Ox forges knife maker. The early versions did not have his stamp (Ox), or as many called it "sterile", and the newer ones have a an additional grove lengthwise on the handle.

It is a strange knife with an injection molded handle and a full 1/2" thick blade. Perhaps someone's custom version of a Puma White Hunter.
