Seems like that capsule screwdriver would only work well in one direction. It will only bear down when tightening. Unless I'm missing something it would unscrew itself if you tried loosening a really tight screw.

That keychain deal wouldn't be the tool I'd use for any serious scr....ah...manipulation of screws, that's for sure. However, if I was in a bind and it was all I had, it looks like the best bet would be A. hope it was a slotted screw, since it's the last link in the chain, and with the ring allowing extra leverage, it'd be easier to break a stubborn screw. Or B. use the slotted head to break the phillips head screw loose, then use the other attachment to finish unscrewing it.
 
Most of these multi tool gadgets are gimicky AF. Especially those flat pieces of metal made to look like whatever and has a scraper (knife?) Nut fittings, pry bar driver tips etc. The best to have on a keychain are those Sears Roebuck & Co 4 way screwdrivers
