Two bottom ones would make decent pizza cutters

I don't understand this ONE bit-- aside from the sheathe getting sliced in two upon first use, how the fuck are you supposed to hold that??

That knife was made and designed by Herman Schneider for the 80’s Stallone movie “Cobra”, and was carried by the antagonist in the film.

It's got a knuckle guard. The spikey bit is out in front of your knuckles, and you wrap your hand through the "eyes".

Yeah, but what's with the bar that divides the index & middle from the ring and little?? Wouldn't that cause an injury if you were to use it?

...it’s a movie prop, man. A bad action movie. That kind of should explain it all, no?

It looks like the design is utilized in other knives as well!

I get that it's a movie prop. Sometimes even movie props beg the question, "what's the point of that?"

It would look just as cool without the bar in the middle that makes a person only think of splitting their hand down the middle with nerve damage

I don't think so. It's a sub-hilt knife, with a knuckle guard.

I see what you're saying, though I think it would be okay. If you punch, the impact transmitted through the guard is going to be the same as it would be, if you were bare knuckle: it's going to hurt, but not more than any other time.

There is something to be said to good design, obviously, but if you've got to the point where you have to use a knuckle guard knife, nerve damage may be one of the better outcomes....
