I actually purchased one these to see what this offshore rip-off company did with my Ratchet design. The blade shape is pretty close to a complete copy but as you can see the body is completely different and looks like they just threw the blade into another handle design they had laying around. The knife's functionality is terrible and my example doesn't even lock up unless you slam it open.
