As an aside, gentlemen, we have seen some of Laci Szabo's designs in this thread, as well.

There are some knives which are intended for use in a specific martial arts discipline. If you're not familiar with the origins of the knife, it's intended uses, it can seem... exotic.

I'm not here to turn this into a measuring contest about martial arts (I've seen that discussion in other places, too!), I just want to post a polite reminder that not everything you see in the "tacticlol" thread is there for show.

Especially the Shark Knife! If you're brave enough to wield that, you win!

I hate to admit it (:D), but that actually looks pretty cool to me. :thumbup:
 
Folding or fixed blade, serrated and partially serrated hawkbills (AKA "pruning knife" and/or "Linoleum knife")

(So hate me, do I care?) Pretty much all Cold Steel "tactical" folders.

I hear ya...ocasionally I pull it out of the knife chest - have a day dream of effortlessly striking down armies of Islamo-Facists...mirror polished blade flicking in the sunlight...recurved blade severing heads with one stroke...deafening cheers of fellow patriots ringing in my ears...
