I disagree. I've dealt with Knivesplus and knifeworks for 10 years, always put customer service first. I bought a knife from Tadgear, got it, found it to be too small, asked to send it back.
Evan's reply? "Dave, we are not a library. I have to charge you 5% restocking fee...." I didn't need the snide remark. I'll give my dollars elsewhere.
