How long does it take TAD Gear to process an order and send a confirmation e-mail this time of year?

I have ordered several things from them in the past and the service has always been good. I would buy from then again without question. Emails were usually in a day or so. But it was not the holiday season when I ordered.

I guess your situation is the same as mine. I ordered the 4.0 jacket and the online order was processed. A week later I got a voice mail that they were sold out. Ok, so I offered to take the LT jacket in stock and they said they would swap the order and it would ship during this week. No word yet.

Too much egg nogg I suppose.

I saw a notice on their site saying they were not taking any phone orders until January 2nd or 3rd for the purpose of concentrating on their online orders, so I'm guessing the volume is pretty high right now.

ive ordered a few things in the past week or so. my email confirmations have always come within a few minutes.

The problem is there are to many people emailing them asking how their order is coming along and clogging up their email. No phone orders or walkins for the next week. Which is understable since most of there sales are internet sales.

Funny enough I actually got my confirmation right after I posted and then got the UPS tracking info today. Just unnerving I guess to not hear any thing for several days. That and I've been drooling over the Force-10 pants. They look like the be-all end-all of cargo pants/BDUs.
