TAD gear

I wouldnt normally post this type of thing, but TAD seems to have some problems with delays for some.

I placed an order with TAD gear on the 10th, and it was processed, filled, and shipped, the following day, and in my hands today.

9 days is great for TAD gear. Maybe they finally fixed some of the problems. :confused:

I dont know, but a big thumbs up for TAD gear!!!!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

I always am hesitant to order from them, because of stories Ive read on here, but I love that place, and I hope this is a sign of things to come from them!!:thumbup:
 
Lucky you. Iv been totaly bumped by them, they have the worst CS i have ever encountered.
 
I love some of there stuff, But I agree their CS is pretty awful, I had to threaten to go to the BBB to get a response from them one time, but it has been better since then
 
WOW after reading this I am not sure if I want to do any business with them.
i was looking at ther site last night.
Now I do not know. One for them 2 against them.
I will have to think about it now.

Shipping was never a big problem, they were slow but always shipped with in 2 weeks or so.
I was a regular customer for a long time but then the problems started when I had to send stuff back.

Iv had 2 jackets, a fast pack bag and a life-capsule that the thread snapped off that should have been repaired/replaced under warranty.

I had one jacket after months of e-mailing and the life-caps. replaced
(the life capsual was only replaced only after my cousin refused to pay for an order untill it was dealt with, I was just ignored for months untill then, money talks i suppose :rolleyes::thumbdn:)
I was also just totaly ignored when i contacted them about the other jacket, I just gave up on that.
I have had one reply after months of e-mailing them regarding the fast-pack saying they will get back to me "next week" then never heard back and have been ignored again in the months since.

I suppose being an international customer its easy to just bump me off, I'll clearly not be buying from them again :rolleyes:
 
and here I am the whole time thinking that there high ass prices were the only reason not to order from them.
 
No they're good, they fixed the problem I had. Their line of apparel can't be beat imho. I've ordered from them dozens of times and they've only fallen short once, but as I said they did fix it...
 
Stopped off at the "shop" yesterday to shoot the breeze with the TAD weekend crew and it's all GOOD! Judging from the long line of buying customers, they are G2G!

I bought a $2,000.00 knife from the guy's at Tad a few years back...all was good..fast emails ...good phone conversations and fast shipping....

The only thing I don't like is they never seem to have anything in stock. Good for them sales wise, bad for us wanting their gear. Been wanting a few pairs of their Force 10 Cargos, but no luck, then you get slammed if you wear or buy from their competitiors like LA Police Gear.
 
Hang in there guys. I'm holding off ordering as they are still working out the kinks. There small one store business has really been bombarded with hundreds of orders. I was pissed when i waited a month just for a shipping receipt.
But theres only a couple of guys are working there. They said they would be launching a new website soon, which would handle orders easier. They also said more staff has been hired.
Personally I'm not going to order anything soon until these kinks are finally fixed.
