Recommendation? Talk me down ! Want.. but should not buy .

This is one of those designs that seems pretty useless if you don't have the extensive, specific martial training in order to use it effectively. In fact, I'd daresay that more people have been dispatched with kitchen knives than anyone actually using one of those style knives in anger, but that's just my opinion. I'd never buy one, but it's not my money. You want one, get it ordered!

I'd most likely never carry it . But I would play around ! :cool:
Frame locks are not my most trusted , especially for a fighting knife .
Might be fine and safe ...or not ?

I collect & sometimes carry "fighting" knives but I have no interest in this one, even if it could be used effectively as such which I doubt.

However, if it speaks to you and you don't plan to use or carry, I don't see why you shouldn't buy it, especially since it's relatively cheap but, if you get buyer's remorse, you'll probably have difficulty reselling it here but I'm sure someone will buy it on EB, as long as it's priced "right." 🤷‍♂️

I picked mine up just for the impractical novelty, it will never be used.
Sacrilege to some but sometimes I just need to do impractical things.
It's fun. 👍
And its design is so backwards it would take a lot of practice just to not put yourself in the hospital. 😂
 
Maybe pick one of these up and carry it for a while to see if the general concept works for you.

I'm not a fan of the one you want, but that's not my problem. This is an enablers' forum, so by one and tell us about it.
 
Like most Twosun knives, it's well-made and a great value. It's also incredibly ugly. There's another color scheme available that omits the horrible red micarta. I suggest buying one from a dealer so you can return it if you don't like it (only one dealer carries them off eBay, and they accept returns).

If you like weird Chinese fighting folders, you should check out the Maxace Hela.
 
That thing looks gosh awful and appears to be next to useless for its intended or any other purpose.

I assume you deploy it. And your attacker dies from cringe.
 
Its kind of like a regular knife... but stupid... lol

Just put the BUDK catalog down and spend the money on something better like retirement or charity. Lol
 
You WILL hurt yourself if you buy this knife, severing a tendon in your dominant hand. The injury will require expensive surgery and months of PT. Your livelihood will suffer, you will have difficulty wiping yourself, you will become mean and ornery, and your relationships will collapse.

This knife will ruin your life.
