I think what Jerry calls it has just evolved, and they are one in the same thing. Other knives which have been released with the deep dish were similar to what is shown in the TGLB thread I linked.

Still on the fence for this release myself. I have plenty of other TG variants, multiples in most cases. What to do, what to do...

But deep dish and shallow are complete opposites.

It would be great if we could get clarification on the wheel used for the deep dish hollow on the TGULB to put this to rest. Also very curious on how the thickness is BTE compared to the TGLB as that will make a huge difference as well.
