Tell me about Zero Tolerance knives

i dont have any personal experience, but I do know that they are extremely well built, strong and durable and people tend to love them. If I had the $$, I'd grab one in a heartbeat.

You might wanna post in the Kershaw subforum where you might get some more specific replies.

Absolutely great designs and tough as nails. I personally don't like recurves and AOs, but ZTs are designed so nicely that it doesn't matter.

Yes, definitely go to the kershaw subforum--the best place in all of Bladeforums.com
(kinda crazy every now and then with giveaways too)

I have a ZT, specifically the 0150 dagger/boot knife. I handled all of the others. Buy one and you'll be impressed. They are imo, the best folders for the money.

Headed to becoming the new mark that other production knives will be judged by.

I agree 100%! The ZT0200 is one of the best buys around. Once you hold and use this knife you will wonder how in the world does Kershaw do it, how do they offer so much knife for such a low price. Granted, you have to favor big folders to really get the full effect of the ZT's. Another heavy duty folder is the 0500 MUDD, my favorite, but only by a hair, over the ZT0200!

The cost to get one, ZT0200 @ $120.00, is such that if you don't like it you can always trade it and get something else, and you will not have a whole lot of money tied up in it.

i recently bought a 0200 and was so impressed by the fit and finish i'am trying to order 22 more for my unit, i'am the rescue an survival petty officer at my base and think that they can take the abuse that most knives could not, they will be used by our boat crew and boarding teams. hope this helps

They're awesome. Not cheap, but a very good value... you get a lot of 'cut' for the buck.

Once you handle one, you'll see for yourself. Good luck and here are mine...

Definitely not the choice if you're looking for a "small" folder ;)

If you paid $350 for the 0200 you'd think you got a fair deal, that's how good I believe the knife is. $120 or so makes in an unreal deal! After a lot of thought and inquiries, I went with the 0200 because it does not have the speed safe (which I like, but not for what I'll use this knife for) or a back spacer, which makes it easier to get gunk out (I'm generally in the simple is better school with tools). Nevertheless, it was a VERY tough decision.
The 0200 is a HEAVY hunk of knife, so be sure that's what you want. I went ahead and got a partially serrated one too, so I guess that's "putting my money where my mouth is." And for sure go to the Kershaw forum, run a search there, and get to know the 'regulars' - a terrific group.

I have a pair of the ZT 0200...The BEST folders I've EVER owned!..

I own a 0200 also & it's a great knife:thumbup:Smooth action with the thumbstud or flipper.Awesome knife!Cuts like a laser!Worth waaay more than $120 IMO.I've yet to get a MUDD though.It's on that huge list in my head:D

The 200 series sure looks the goods!
How secure is the Liner-lock on these. Could it handle serious work. Have heard that some liners can plier open & bite you.

Just found out that the 0300, 0301 & 0302 are not allowed where I live. It's a shame as I really liked the look/strength of that frame-lock.

The 0500 also looks sweet & by the looks of it with some sort of AXIS-lock.

I'm also not a big fan of linerlocks, but this is the exception.I forgot how many ppi this can take.(maybe someone can chime in with some technical info?)
