Tell Me Other Spydies That I Will Love (Please)

I want a Slysz Bowie now. :D
Looks good in the bluish tint in the photos.

How is the lock-up on yours? Most I see all have deep lock-up, which doesn't really bother me, but does it create a very thin grip on the bottom side of handle?

It does indeed have a late lockup, though after looking at it I started to realize that the tapered scales tend to make the lockup look later than it really is. Not sure if that makes sense. Basically, the back of the lock face is thicker than the front.

In either case, I don't have any ergo complaints. Very comfortable!

Having said that, I just bought an Endura ZDP-189. My first FRN. My Nephew @LeathetrmanGX hasn't liked them since 1994 when his 2nd FRN clip broke off. I hope I can change his mind about FRN. He has a FRN Native he loves so good chance.

My first Spyderco was an FRN Endura. The clip broke off of my first, also in the mid 90's. My second Endura had a metal clip. I carried that one and a full sized Wegner for many years.

I'll agree with you that the Ti Fluted Military is one of the best Spydies ever produced, though.
