Just wanted to repeat something everyone already knew, that CRK's customer service is great. Even though this happened several years ago, I want new CRK customers to know that they have a good CS department to fall back on if they need to send their Sebbies, one pieces, fixed blades, Umnums, Mnandis or discontinued knives back in for repair.

One person stands out, Fooj. Even though he is no longer there, he was a stellar example of customer service. I called, very anxious at sending my first expensive folder off for CS. We spoke, and he took care of me, and it wasn't all fluff either, just to get me off the phone. He took care of me. I am confident that if I send my Umnumzaan, Nyala, or Sebenzas in, that they will be fixed/refurbished etc, and gotten back to me in no time flat.

I have never met anyone from CRK personally, but I have been pleased with their service.
