Weekend update.
Sorta happy with edge radius.
I'm still blending the wobbles on the spine side trying to make it compliment the edge. Not sure how....I've been block sanding it. Seems to work, but Slowly......

I originally wanted to make 4.
Ordering problems, so I ordered enough for two.
This is too much work figuring This one out.
Decided to make more choppers out of the extra steel

Next year, I will scribe this sword onto more steel, and make Maybe another.....or break down, cheat and laser a few, idk???







 
I'm sure I'll still clean up little tweaks after, but I'm ready for heat treatment.






Thanks for all the suggestions both posted and private. I'm a little surprised how much attention this post drew..... I'll keep it going, but I don't plan on starting again until after this coming winter.
Who knows.... Im pretty sure I Want one now, too....it's been fun to hold and swing around the shop.
