I ordered a knife and some Tuf-Glide from Knife Outlet. They sent the knife and, unfortunately, instead of sending the Tuf-Glide, they sent the Tuf-Cloth. When I called them, they said keep the Tuf-Cloth at no charge and they would send me the Tuf-Glide, which they did--express mail. I can't ask for better service than this. Thanks Knife Outlet! Your customer service is excellent and your prices are great (one of the best prices for Marbles on the net).
