Dont worry, the book is not costing me any more money then this site (which I am very great-full for receiving :thumbup: )

We need a block filter. I need to be able to block posts of pics by you and everyone else around here ;)

I never smoked, and I assume I never will, but there is quite something about pipe smoking. Unfortunately, most people here (and everywhere) smoke things with a worse smell :p
It's always nice to see how much generosity (in terms of knowledge and gifts) is spread around in this subforum. So thanks again to Elliott for his generosity.

A Zippo, awesome! Of course you guys know I'd say that ;)

Congrats Pete and good on you Elliott and Jack. While I don't smoke a pipe, I do know that Zippo's pipe lighter chimney works very well, my father-in-law is a pipe smoker and he always uses a 'traditional' style lighter, either a Zippo pipe lighter or an old battered Nimrod.

And of course, I have a couple of Zippo pipe lighters in my collection :D

Unfortunately I came down with a rather nasty virus and so wasn't able to get to the Post Office yesterday. Feeling a bit better today, so hopefully I'll be OK Monday.
 
Feel better, Jack. Now he'll have something to look forward after my package gets there Monday or Tuesday. You can't overdo these things, we'll spoil the kids! ;)
 
Thanks a lot Elliott. I think it's just one of those 48 hour things. A lot of nasty viruses going round here at the moment.

A giveaway knife I sent to Briantheblade took a MONTH, so Pete might really have need of it by the time it arrives! :)

Thanks Pete, it's called the naro virus, reaching almost epidemic proportions in some areas here. I seem to have got off very lightly though, just knocked me out for 24-36 hours. I'm hoping that doesn't mean that I go out today to find zombies staggering around everywhere (though after Saturday night in Leeds I may still see one or two). Your pipe tool is in the package and ready to go as soon as the Post Office opens Monday morning, and I hope it doesn't take too long to reach you. :)

Funny to see all of those. I only happened upon the one I posted up in response to Pete's "drunken peanut" image yesterday when I went searching for something appropriate to reply with which wouldn't be found offensive. Little did I know that it was something you'd be on to. :cool::thumbup:

Thanks Elliott :) I've seen a few of this type of thing before, but I suspect there might be a whole world of them out there we can barely imagine! :D
