Thanksgiving Day Pocketknives-Yours?

Years and years ago my wife and I both admitted to not liking turkey.
We asked why we felt compelled to eat it twice a year when we don't even enjoy it.
Since then we have had non-traditional Thanksgiving meals, usually some type of roast or ham.
Makes sense if you don't like it. Turkey happens to be one of my favourite dishes. Made two meals of it yesterday and getting ready for a third after a bike ride. Much better than chicken. I love ribs too--pork and beef.

I carried my recently acquired Cold Steel Ozark Hunter. Really impressed with it. Unlike my Queen Mountain Man #3L, no blade play and a tight lockup. Took a very, very fine edge.
