Yeah, that's bad. Terrorists in Europe already proving if guns aren't available they will just use vehicles.

In Canada it is illigal to carry arms with the intent of defending your life.

It’s illegal to carry anything if your intention is to use it to defend yourself. That is what makes it a weapon.
 
What a world we live in. Violence is the only answer for some, glad they are still the minority.
