The last time I ordered from KnifeCenter it was a total trainwreck. It's been awhile though, so I thought I would give them another chance to see if they got their shipping issues sorted out. Surprise, surprise... They haven't.
I ordered a 17" x 11" Prometheus Design Werx benchtop mat just recently KnifeCenter and (much like with the hat I ordered) they decided it would be a great idea to ship it in a 9" x 6" x 3" box. Needless to say, it's completely ruined.
At this point I'm done with KnifeCenter. They just can't seem to get their problems figured out.
And here's the hat I ordered from them (the replacement they sent me didn't look much better either).

The replacement mat arrived, as well as a little bonus gift.
