Man…you’re gonna get everyone all riled up!!Wowzer thanks for another great sheath!!!!!
I don’t think they’ve seen the other oneMan…you’re gonna get everyone all riled up!!![]()
Just finished up this modular sheath. It has a removeable belt loop. It can also be carried IWB or add a DCC/Ulticlip for pocket carry.
I figured I needed to see if I still had what it takes to make a half-decent sheath since I’ve had a ton of time off.
Hope you enjoy!

Awe, Martin! Thank you for your kind words. Much appreciated, my friend!Boy if I had known you could produce something like that sheath I would have ordered a couple. As always Sir your work is in a class by itself!
I don’t know I missed thanking you, R!! It was not on purpose and I remember thinking…”that is kind of you.”Looks great
Flattery will get you nowhere, my friend. Hahaha!!Right now I feel like Coleman is just teasing us. Showing us what we can’t have.
It’s all about supply and demand, and I demand a steady supply of S&F into the US.
Seriously though I didn’t think these shenanigans would last this long or impact us so much. Especially since there’s only 1 Coleman to go around.
I’m working on it, Martin.
When I start working on a project, I get so immersed in it that I don’t take photos. Hence why I don’t post many WIP threads. I apologize.
I figured that I would post the original sketch of the above sheath and how many templates were involved.

If I were to take an uneducated guess…100hours!If you were to guess, how many hours in total do you have invested in that particular sheath? From pattern to polish
Genuinely curious.
Thank you, Terry!! Glad to see things are on the mend, my friend.Freaking fantastic work buddy!

In actuality, from templating to completely finished. I have between 20-24 hrs into that particular sheath. That being said, it was the first time that I used so many parts and incorporated a bunch of different details into one sheath and I didn’t want to get it wrong.
I am counting time that my brain was just thinking through the steps I would take and how to proceed, as well. (Although a lot of that happens during the build.)
Once I get to a step that has wait time (glue, dye, drying), I will start another project that is on the build list. So I probably spend about 4 hours of that time on other projects (Templating or prepping). And sometimes I just go do laundry. Haha!
I do everything by hand, so it takes longer than if I were to have a stitching machine and other handy machines.
I hope that wasn’t too much information, Josh, but that I answered your question. It was a good one.
Right back at ya, Josh.Love the detailed answer. Appreciate ya Coleman![]()
