Attention!!

Good, good, well better, news! Tariffs have been slashed from 35% to 10%! I will be shipping to the USA again!

The plan right now is to post all available work in a new thread. I plan to have all prices (tariffs included.) As shipping costs have gone up, I will need to charge a nominal fee of $10usd for shipping/packaging.

I will also be having a “Bye, Bye crazy tariffs sale” on a few items from my “stash.” Be on the lookout!

I’m so happy that things are headed in the right direction and sorta, kinda returning to normal.

Thank you all for your patience, support and by far, your friendships.

Sincerely,
Coleman

Not leather related, but still fun.

I purchased a couple of bracelets from Choppaman Choppaman (thank you!) with the plan to adjust them to fit if possible.

They arrived in this condition (shapes).

The circular one on the left has a very large and not ideal opening.
The one on the right has a “flat” side. It does not fit properly this way and results in the opening “biting” into the underside of one’s wrist.

I ended up working on them and adjusting the shape and opening to work with my wrist. All in all, I spent around 15-20 mins on the round one and 30-35 mins on the “flat” one.

I’m happy with the way they turned out and the previously flat one is my favorite. :)

What a fun project.

I’ve been working on a sheath for about 2 weeks now (off and on) and it has been a challenge. So far I have been unhappy with both protos, so I am hoping that the third time is the charm. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Sometimes I just need to remind myself that I do know what I’m doing and that it is nothing more than a problem that needs solved.

So this morning, I made this teeny, tiny slip to remind myself how fun working leather is. 😂

And here are comparison shots with my small and large slip. It’s pretty tiny, but fun.

Slips can be difficult. They are fiddly to punch and bevel.

That said, those look clean!
