The 1st cut is the deepest. Are you loyal to your 1st CRK model?

Nice grouping Chad!! I think I would try to add a 25 or Zann to that rotation! The Large "Regular" is a fantastic knife!! But looking at the other "Modern" Tactical knives in your rotation I am thinking that the Umnumzaan or 25 would really suit you and the photo would change a little.. Regular Sebenza, Umnumzaan, Sebenza 25, XM-18, SNG, Emerson. But hey I am bias to anything CRK!!:D Great Photo!! Thanks for shareing!!
All the best, Dave

Haha thanks Dave. I hear ya. I admit I am a huge admirer of tactical knives. But the truth is (like so many of us) most are just frankly too overbuilt for my needs. That's where the sebenza comes in. It does everything I need and more.

If I need to go into combat, sure I'll grab my emerson. If I need to bet my friend my knife can be run over by a tank, my strider, if I need to cut a refrigerator in half, my hinderer, but for all other things; opening mail & packages, cutting cardboard, cutting paracord and rope, food prep... I'll stick with my lg reg.

Not tried the 25 yet though however! Next on my list :)

I don't know amike5757575 that small unique graphic looks pretty good.
Thank you Cowboy, I guess my photography skills are pretty bad. It has held up well considering I am very hard on my knives.

That's a Very Nice Small Classic Andre!! Looks like it has stood the test very well!
Thank you very much Dave, as we all know, they are built rock solid. And let me tell you, I have put her through the ringer on a number of occasions and she just keeps on trucking...;)

Take care my friend

My first and still my favorite is the Umnumzaan!! I purchased it on a whim because I thought it looked "Neat" now I have pretty much every variation of CRK folders from the "P" to the 25. But the Zaan is what started my obsession with CRK!! My goal is to have one of every variation of the Zaan BNIB.. not there yet but I'm working on it!!:D
All the best, Dave

Dave, I'm sure you're maybe just 1 Zaan short of every variation made, I have seen your collection and it is extremely impressive my friend.

Actually you may very well have every variation you just don't know it, because there are so many in the collection and counting and/or separating may get confusing...;)

I like the smalls and it took me 3 to get "the one" which is a classic 2k. While the differences may be subtle, it feels and operates much nicer than my 21s.

Yes, my first in 2006 was a small classic unique graphic, and as you can see it gets plenty of use.

I just love this knife! That's the best pocket-wash on a UG sebenza yet.....at least to my eyes
